By accessing or using PartHawk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PartHawk is a parts lookup aggregation service that searches multiple suppliers to help users find parts quickly. We aggregate publicly available product listings and present them in a unified interface. We are not a retailer and do not sell parts directly.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

• Visitors may try up to 3 free searches without an account
• Free registered accounts are limited to 10 searches per month
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Paid subscriptions (Pro and Team) are billed through Paddle, our payment processor
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for automated scraping, bots, or data harvesting
• Resell or redistribute search results commercially
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, search limits, or access controls
• Share account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Pricing & Availability

PartHawk aggregates pricing information from third-party suppliers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of prices, stock availability, or delivery times. Always verify details directly with the supplier before purchasing. Prices shown are for informational purposes only.

6. Intellectual Property

The PartHawk name, logo, user interface, and application code are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, modified, or distributed without our written consent. Product listings, images, and prices belong to their respective suppliers and are displayed for comparison and informational purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

PartHawk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, incorrect pricing information, service interruptions, or any purchases made through third-party supplier links.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service in a manner that could harm PartHawk or its users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email at least 30 days prior to the changes taking effect.
